Every program at AR TKD teaches traditional Taekwondo with the same expectations: listen, work, accept correction, improve. What changes is the pace, the peer group, and what we ask of you.

Ages 7–17

Kids & Teens

A class that asks something of them every single time. Students learn forms, sparring fundamentals, self-defense, and weapons — inside a structure where effort is noticed and shortcuts are not available.

Adult Taekwondo

Training with a purpose beyond fitness. Adults build practical skill, conditioning, and focus in a class that respects your time and meets you where you are. No prior experience required — several of our black belts started as adult beginners.

Tournament Team

Competition is earned, not signed up for. Team members train additional hours, hold themselves to the standard in every class, and represent the academy at regional and national events. Preparation comes first — then the ring.
